The City of Loxley has the largest planning area in all of Baldwin County. And while we encourage and expect growth, we don’t want to be caught unaware. As part of the Loxley Community Development Department, our building inspector’s office, Planning Commission, and Board of Adjustments ensure all new growth is managed properly, and that the city’s stringent subdivision and zoning regulations are met and maintained.
