If you would like to renew your City of Loxley business license but are having difficulty navigating the online portal,

In your email, please include:
- Your City of Loxley business license number
- A copy of any state-required license(s) for your trade
- Your gross receipts for business conducted within the City of Loxley last year
(an estimate is fine and does not affect your license fee)
Once received, you will be emailed an invoice for your 2026 renewal.

Building and Construction
The department is also responsible for issuing building permits, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all new construction meets the applicable Code requirements. Building permits are issued at City Hall.
